Click the icon for directions in google.Take US 52. Exit at the Pilot Mtn State Park exit. (exit 130) If you're traveling north, turn right at the end of the exit ramp. If you're traveling south, turn left at the end of the exit ramp. Go down Pilot Mtn. Park Rd. to the stop sign. Turn left on Old Winston Rd. Go about a half mile and the parking area is on the right. The trail entrance is at the end of the parking lot closest to Coon Rd. and is marked by wooden rails.This is a gravel lot that can hold a good number of vehicles and has a small covered picnic shelter but no restrooms.
