Over 27 miles of trails in hilly & wooded terrain is open to horse and mule riders heading out from the Walter E. Stark Assembly Area and Horse Campground. Both wide trails and more challenging “goat paths” are available. The forest is beautiful in autumn and is dotted with lakes and beaver ponds.
