Doe Lake Campground is now reservable under Reserve America. It is a very large group campground, ergo the $150/night rate. At least 60-70 rigs can fit in the campground. There is a couple electrical outlets at the south end and water spigots throughout the campground. There is one marked trail and miles of unmarked trails and forest roads to ride. You can swim (alone or with your horse) in the lake. There is a bathhouse with flush toilets and hot/cold showers, a large Conservation Corps lodge with kitchen, frig/freezer, ice maker and fireplace.
Many thanks to TrailMeister us DwighTee for sharing a wonderful Florida horse camping and Horse trail area!
