Nickerson State Park is very busy during the summer months but during the winter is almost empty which makes this a wonderful time to ride horses at the park.
- Land manager is Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation
- The DCR requests that if horses leave waste on the trail, riders dismount and kick it off to the side.
- Before you leave, pick up all hay and manure from around your trailer as well.
