Easily accessible, less than four miles off I-40. Supplies, restaurants and fuel readily available in nearby Sallisaw and Vian. Plenty of room for large rigs. Primitive camping only at this time (Jan. 2017). Bring people and horse water with you. Camping overnight is allowed. There is a large barn with about 20 stalls. Porta potties on-site. Picnic pavilion. Gates close at night. Park manager lives on the property. Motorized vehicles prohibited on the trails. Abundant wildlife.
