No Rides Found Be the first to Add Your Ride
You won’t find picnic areas or other amenities within the forest, just 8 miles of trail in this day use area, located southeast of Toledo near Swanton, Ohio. Parts of the forest are adjacent to the Oak Openings MetroPark which does have excellent parking and facilities and it’s easy to ride to the forest from there.
Many horse trails throughout Ohio have been established and are maintained by volunteers of Ohio Horseman’s Council in cooperation with landowners.
The Ohio Horseman’s Council Inc. is a non-profit corporation organized in the state of Ohio. We advocate for the preservation of bridle trails throughout the state as well as the rights of equine owners.
