Horse Riding trail goes completely around Liberty Lake, open year round.

Daily use fee $3, free for seniors age 65+ or disabled veterans. Annual permit available that allows use of both city owned lakes.
Camping with horses will be limited to camp sites designated for that purpose.
Horses are to be tethered when not being tended and are not to be left unattended.
Refuse from horses must be removed from camping areas and deposited within the provided dumpster before leaving the park area.
Horses are not allowed in the swim areas, beaches or playgrounds.
All horse riders must have in their possession documentation of a valid Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) and negative Coggins test report performed within the last 12 months. An approved equine passport serves as a CVI.
