Frank Russell Trail Head is on the east end of Joanna Trail, on Corp of Engineers Mark Twain Lake. The multi-use trails are maintained by NEMO River Valley Chapter, Show-Me Missouri Back Country Horsemen. The chapter has also provided ethics signage and bulletin board maps at the trail heads.
