Horse Ranch Park is a large meadow about 4.5 miles west of the summit of Kebler Pass, with an elevation of 8,868 feet. There is a vaulted toilet, mangers for feeding livestock and picnic tables. Because the meadow receives heavy camping use, dispersed camping is allowed with a 7 day camping limit. Livestock must be high-lined or contained within an electric fence to reduce any impact.
