The English Point trail system includes easy loops thru forest terrain on the west side of Hayden Lake.
Lovely little trail with some views of the lake. Shadowed by towering ponderosa pines, flowering shrubs and wildflowers, this trail is a pleasure to ride, especially on a hot day. You can two track on the main loop or wander off onto the side trails. There are several bridges and a few gentle hills and a pond. Used by cyclists, hikers and dogs with their people. The parking lot is reasonably sized and there is a restroom. As someone who is dealing with confidence issues on her horse, I highly recommend this trail.
