Click the icon for directions in google.Follow the Trans-Canada Highway from Victoria, and take the Colwood exit. Follow the Old Island Highway, which turns into Sooke Road. From Sooke Road, turn left on Metchosin Road, which turns into William Head Road at the Happy Valley Road junction. Follow William Head Road to the park entrance on the left. Allow approximately 40 minutes driving time from Victoria.

Wonderful footing for a hike or horseback ride. A little sandy for biking but still many trails that are good.
Wide trails, not too thick forest so sun can shine through lightly. Close to beach, so you can include a beach run if the tide is out. Easy trails, gentle sloping elevation. Good parking and turn around area.
