The trail along Bear Creek is gentle with no major streams to cross. Campsites can be found at the nearby Boundary Campground which offers picnic tables, fire rings, and vault toilets, but no developed drinking water. There are many opportunities for dispersed camping along the trail. Horse riders will enjoy riding along mountain ridges, viewing spectacular scenery. This route meanders through meadows, mountain peaks, forested scenery and rocky hillsides.
Typical Forest Service Trailhead with room for truck and trailer parking, truck unloading ramp, vault toilet. No reserve camp sites along the road into trailhead parking.
