Travel east about 2.25 miles and the road will turn northeast past a debris basin reservoir. Parking is in the clearing at the end of the street, about 1/4 mile from the turn.

This popular Utah shared use trail takes riders past scenes of indian battles as well as mountain beauty.
Predominant Trail Surface: Rock, Jeep Trail, Dirt and Loose Rock.
Hazards: Rock Slides, Steep Sections of Trail, Narrow Trail with steep drop-offs. The south side of the Battle Creek trail drops off into a ravine with a stream generally running at the bottom. One area, about midway up the Battle Creek trail, snakes past a waterfall.
