Fun in the Forest Day 1

Come join us for a cool ride in the shade, even though the calender says its almost hot summertime! Ride in your swimsuit (over your clothes, please) and lets have some fun! Best swimsuit on horse or rider gets a prize. If the creek's up you can go for a swim after the ride. First thru third place riders in open, pleasure, and junior divisions will receive cash prizes. If I have 40 or more riders, first place will at least win your entry fee back, so get the word out and bring a friend along for the fun. Fourth thru Sixth places will receive merchandise prizes, as will all 6 Scout placings. There will be a door prize for every rider. If I have at least 35 riders, I will, also, give away one $25 gift card to a non-placing rider. If I have 45 or more riders, I will give away 2 gift cards. Saturday afternoon late, we will have our own version of extreme (or not so extreme) cowboy race. We will have an obstacle course of fun things to try, so plan on joining in. Shoes are not necessary, you won't encounter many rocks. This is the last weekend of the East Texas Buckle Series, so come on out for the crowning (or is that buckling) of the winner.
