Indiana Trail Riders Association Fun Ride week This is a good time to meet your board members and ask questions to inquire about membership and what ITRA does for you! The country Store will be set up Friday and Saturday. Silent Auction Items needed for the ITRA Fall Ride at Midwest….do not have to be a member to participate. The Silent Auction will be set up Friday late afternoon and will be set up for bids until after the Saturday legendary pitch-in dinner at 7:00pm. Members always bring an assortment of items. Friday – 7:00 – 10:00 am Breakfast Buffet – on your own 6:00pm Spaghetti Dinner (proceeds benefit ITRA Trails fund) Dinner at Bob McPheters site. Saturday — 7:00 – 10:00am Breakfast Buffet – on your own 7:00pm Pitch in dinner in dinning hall…..everyone is invited! 8:30 — Introduction to board members, silent auction closes & live auction fund raiser begins. Sunday — 7:00 – 10:00am Breakfast Buffet – on your own 9:00 am Cowboy church – Dinning Hall 10:30 — Board Meeting. Breakfast will be served Fri, Sat, Sun of this weekend. Purchase the whole breakfast bar or just what you want al e carte.
