Mammut TR1 Headlamp

Horse riders need a flash light, AND the use of both our hands. No more cradling a traditional flashlight between head and shoulder while trying to clean a hoof, read a map, or set up camp.

This 72 gram beauty may be light on the scales but it's a heavy weight when it comes to features.

The Specs:

4 white LED bulbs.
With headlamp set on high it will run 25 hours and an incredible 60 hours on low.
The light head swivels so you can point it where it is needed most, which is really handy when setting up camp and or taking care of the equines.
The Mammut TR1 has 3 modes, high, low and blink. The low mode is so bright that you may forgot to put it on high.
One overhyped feature on this light, is the Ambilight, which is a plastic diffuser and reflector that fits over the light for use as a lantern. It takes up needed space (until it gets lost) and seems quite gimmicky.
