Well under an hour from downtown
Seattle, Tolt-Macdonald park is 574 acres of outdoor recreation with something for everyone. 15 plus miles of single track will test
your mountain bike skills as you wind your way through the maze of
trails in the plateau above the Snoqualmie and Tolt Rivers.
Trails
here are an interconnecting maze of twisty
single track. While the trails are remarkably
well maintained don't expect to find signs or
other route finding aids here. Don't let this
keep you from trying these trails however, just
take a compass, GPS or a friend who has ridden
or hiked here before.
If it's rained recently (Hey, it is Seattle!)
you can expect to get a little wet and muddy in
spots. I invested in a rear fender shortly after
this ride!
Wooden bridges have been
constructed throughout the park to get you over
the worst of the marshy areas.
