trailMaxtm Pommel Bags

Carry what you need and keep it where you can use it.

I've used these pommel bags for over 4 years now. Apart from the stains of over 2,500 trail miles these bags look, and function, like new.

The padded liners insulate and protect everything I carry; cell phone, water bottles, camera, lunch etc. They're big enough to haul all that I need and small enough to keep me from overloading my horse.

Made of heavy cordura nylon with equally heavy duty webbing straps, these bags should survive the roughest treatment. I use carabiners through the tiedown loops for attaching the bags to the saddle.

A point where the bags could be better.

The padded insuliners could be a bit sturdier. Mine have separated and I now have two inner liners in my bags. One is thicker and provides protection and insulation the other is very thin and appears to have been a lining of some sort.

In spite of this detail I like and use these bags constantly.
