Trailer Aid

Cheap insurance, in case I have a flat, is why I bought the Trailer Aid. Little did I know that I'd wind up using it almost every time I go camping!

Trailer Aid in use

I use the Trailer Aid jack to level the truck and provide for a nice night's sleep in uneven camp grounds such as Haney Meadow, Buck Creek, Elbe, and many more!

It's made from a lightweight polymer that is supposed to hold up to 15,000 pounds.

Easy to use; All I have to do is

  1. Position the truck and trailer
  2. Determine which side needs to be elevated
  3. Place the Trailer Aid in front of the wheel in question
  4. Drive forward a few inches

If , and when, I actually have to use the Trailer Aid to change a tire all I'll need to do is

  1. Loosen the lugs on the bad tire
  2. Position the Trailer Aid in front of a good tire
  3. Drive the good tire up on the Trailer Aid
  4. Take off the bad tire and replace with your good spare
  5. Enjoy the rest of my trip!
