Silva 1-2-3 Compass
Low priced
and accurate. Not a lot more to say about it.
Since I'm fairly forgetful, I like to keep
several compasses about. As long as they've got
a base plate (clear preferably) with a scale on
it, and a declination scale it'll do what you need
it to.
While more
expensive compasses are nice this little beauty
is equally effective. For my take on how to use
