Brunton Compass
Love it.
It‘s cheap enough that when
I lose or break it (it will happen) I won’t cry
too long, I’ll spend 16 more dollars for another
one just like it.
The most important thing
about a compass for me is the ability to adjust
the declination for your area. Here in Seattle
there’s an 18 degree variation from true north
and this tool makes it very easy for me to stay
found. The bright green baseplate may also keep
me from losing it!
