Asolo AFX56 Boots

I've had these boots for well over ten years and they keep on going. With their vibram sole and all leather construction there's really nothing to go wrong with them. I keep a good coating on water proofer on them and that's all I've done.  These have taken care of me so well that I wonder if goretex is really necessary for boots.

The only drawback these boots have for me is their weight. At a few pounds each you do feel them at the end of the day. In spite of that I grab these over my trail runners 7 times out of ten.
